How quickly can personnel be provided?

The timeframe depends on the specific position. However, we always strive to fill vacancies as quickly as possible.

What is temporary work?

Temporary work, also known as employee leasing, refers to a model in which our employees are deployed on a temporary basis at our client companies. This creates a dynamic triangular relationship between us as the HR service provider, our client company as the host employer, and the employees permanently employed by the DEKRA Arbeit Group.

Is there a minimum order quantity or a fixed contract term?

No, there is neither a minimum order requirement nor a fixed contract term. 

Can I take over employees after a temporary assignment?

Yes, you can take over our employees at any time. For assignments of up to seven months, a transfer fee applies. After this period, the takeover is free of charge.

Which legal obligations does the DEKRA Arbeit Group assume in the context of temporary staffing?

Within the framework of temporary staffing, the DEKRA Arbeit Group, as the legal employer, assumes all statutory and administrative obligations. This particularly includes:

  • Acting as the employer with full handling of all administrative tasks, such as drafting employment contracts and assignment notifications, registration and deregistration with social security institutions, conducting initial general safety briefings, proper handling of payments to tax authorities and health insurance, and accurate and timely payroll processing. 
  • Ongoing employee support and administration, including management of all absences (e.g., vacation, sick leave, medical or official appointments). 
  • Assuming employer risk for all absences, including vacation, sick leave, medical or official appointments, and other non-working periods. 
  • Invoicing based on recorded working hours. 
  • Ensuring workforce availability through timely replacements or provision of substitute personnel in case of absences (e.g., vacation or sick leave), if desired. 

This ensures that the DEKRA Arbeit Group provides legally compliant, reliable, and resource-efficient management of all obligations within the scope of temporary work.

For an application, we require your CV as well as relevant certificates. 

How does the application process work?

After receiving your application, we review your documents. This is followed by an interview. If your profile is suitable, it will be forwarded to the client company. If necessary, you may be introduced to the client on-site. If this interview is successful, the employment contract is signed, and you begin your assignment.

Yes, being taken on by the client company is possible at any time.

Compensation & Development

How is my salary determined?

Your salary is determined according to the principle of favorability: we compare our collective agreement with that of the client company, and the one that is more advantageous for you applies. In addition, the principle of equal treatment ensures that you receive at least the same pay as comparable internal employees.
